Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders placed on Tansi Jewels cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- We encourage you to be sure of your purchase before placing an order. If you cancel any order, INR 100/- will be deducted towards the two-way shipping fee, and the remaining balance will be credited to your Tansi Jewels wallet for future purchases.
- No refunds will be initiated for canceled orders.
Exceptions:
- If you do not receive your order within 15 working days from the dispatch date, you may cancel your order if you wish.
- If the courier declares your parcel as lost or damaged, you are eligible for either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
Return Policy:
- As our products are imitation jewelry, we do not accept returns or refunds for regret purchases. Please carefully confirm your order before proceeding.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement. The replacement process will begin within 48 hours and will be delivered within normal delivery timeframes. To process this claim, we require a complete unboxing video.
- If you wish to cancel the order due to damage or incorrect delivery, we will initiate a refund within 7 working days, or credit the balance amount to your Tansi Jewels wallet.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for purchase regrets. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as our products are customized and cannot be resold.
- If you receive a damaged product and provide valid proof in the form of an unboxing video, we will provide a replacement based on our policy.
- If you do not receive your product within 15 working days of dispatch, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after raising your claim.
- If there is an overpayment for a product, the excess amount will not be refunded to the original payment method. Instead, a credit note will be issued, which must be used within 6 months, or it will be forfeited.
Exchange Policy:
- For certain products, we may require sizing information (e.g., for bracelets). Please ensure you measure correctly before placing the order.
- Exchanges for size-related issues will not be accepted, so please double-check your size before purchase.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, and provide an unboxing video, we will initiate the exchange process within 48 hours of the complaint.
- Our products may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural properties of the materials used. Color and appearance variations will not be eligible for exchange.
