Delivery Procedure

At Tansi Jewels, all of our imitation jewelry products are personally curated for each order, carefully inspected after processing to ensure they meet our quality standards. Once your order is processed, the products undergo a final quality inspection before being packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners.

We ship our orders through Shiprocket, our official logistics partner, which assigns shipments through various courier companies based on your delivery pin code.

The package is delivered as soon as possible by one of our courier partners. Our delivery team may contact you if there are any difficulties in locating your address or if there is an unforeseen delay in delivering your order.

Packaging Details

All products are packed securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. Multiple products may be packaged together for larger orders unless you specify individual packaging during the time of placing your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and the details of the courier service handling your delivery. You will be able to track your package within 48 hours after placing the order with us.

Please note that the tracking status may take up to 48 hours to update, or longer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is based on your location and will be provided during the checkout process. Delivery times may vary based on your destination’s pin code. Once the product is shipped, you will receive the estimated delivery date.

However, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control such as logistical challenges, national and public holidays, natural calamities, or other force majeure events. Please understand that we do not offer refunds or cancellations due to delays in delivery unless specified otherwise.

During festive seasons or unpredictable weather conditions, dispatches may be slightly delayed due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
